IT Support
Requirements :
- Preferably S1 Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or other computer science.
- Have the ability to install/repair in the field of hardware, software and networking.
- Have basic skills related to design and Internet of things.
- Have a strong willingness to learn.
- Able to work both individually and in teams.
- Have good communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
Job Description :
- Perform maintenance/troubleshooting/update software and hardware (proxy, email, Laptop/PC, Printer, wireless access point, network printer and other network equipment).
- Update information system programs. Documenting the history of hardware, software and related IT systems up to date.
- Document all daily activities and their completion.
- Delivering good and timely information and reports for the internal needs of the work unit.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Able to create and maintain a good network.
- Understanding PHP, Mysql is a plus.
