ASSISTANT QC MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field at steel construction company
- Deep knowledge in implementing of QC system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & 45001
- Familiar with ASME, API, ASTM dll
- Having a Welding Inspector/Welding Engineer certificate
- Location at Cilegon – Banten
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all aspects of product quality conformity with established quality standards
- Improve, evaluate, implement quality assurance systems and procedures
- Supervise inspection of raw materials, fabricated finished products, galvanize or painting
- Plan and monitor calibration inspections and equipment testing which are carried out periodically.
- Ensure that the quality, processes and products of PT Karunia Berca
- Indonesia are guaranteed as a whole in accordance with the requirements set by the company or customer requests.
- Ensure that the quality of products and subcontractor work is in accordance with PT Karunia Berca Indonesia specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and findings.
- Handling customer complaints related to quality of products.
- Prepare regular reports on QC Dept. performance.
- Organize and evaluate training for QC Dept.
